Recent Settlements

A settlement valued at over 1 Billion dollars for homeowners who were sold Pick-A-Payment loans by World Savings and Wachovia Bank. As part of the settlement a cash fund will be established to compensate borrowers, and the bank has agreed to modify loans for qualified borrowers according to agree terms.


Employee drivers of MV Transportation Inc. who were not paid wages for overtime and were not afforded their rest breaks will share in a fund of over 4 million dollars.


Employee drivers of All America Asphalt who were not paid the prevailing wage will share in a fund of over approximately 1 million dollars.
