Albert G. Lum


Albert G. Lum joined Berns Weiss LLP in February 2012 and focuses his practice on class actions.

Prior to joining Berns Weiss, Albert practiced in the areas of environmental law and toxic torts, representing public interests in prosecuting cases against companies that harmed consumers and the environment. He also volunteered as a law clerk with the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s office, assisting deputy public defenders in defending criminal defendants in felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile courts. 

Albert graduated from Loyola Law School Los Angeles in 2008. During law school, he was a staff member of the Loyola Law School International and Comparative Law Review. He is admitted to practice in the State of California.
