Berns Weiss has substantial experience representing employees who have not been treated fairly by their employers. Employees have rights under state and federal laws, which set forth standards for wages and benefits and which prevent employers from taking certain adverse actions against their employees. We seek justice for employees when companies break these laws to take advantage of their employees.

We also represent employees and retirees in litigation under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA). This statute subjects the fiduciaries who oversee retirement and other employee benefit plans to “the highest duties known to law.” We pursue remedies under ERISA when these duties are violated.
